Please look around and return back often for new photos and videos. We've built it trying to show that taking good Underwater Photos is absolutely possible even without diving or sophisticated equipment.
This is the first version of the OceanFaces. It is in a state of development and some things may not work in all browsers. Why we made the OceanFaces site
When we came to live by the sea, we were curious to see what is there under the surface. After all, the major part of our planet is covered with water - isn't it interesting to look at this hidden world. We just snorkel with a camera at very accessible places and want to share the pictures of incredibly versatile underwater nature.
Hanauma Bay at Night
Snorkeling in the dark is most appealing.Many fishes go to sleep and you can approach them as close as you want. Crustaceans, moray eels, octopuses tend to come out of their hiding places. You just have to add the waterproof flashlight to your equipment. Hanauma Bay resort has scheduled days when it's open till 10p.m. On this photo you can see snorkeler's lights in the water.
